398 Non-classifying Liner Plate of the first chamber of the mill 4x13.5 m, drawing No. БПК-398. It is a rectangular product with a pronounced border on the right side with a flat surface and mounting hole, made of wear-resistant steel. The part is designed to protect the ball mill body from wear. The plate is designed so that the lifting height of the grinding media does not depend on the wear of the plate. That maintains a uniform, close to initial, mill performance throughout the entire operation life from the installation to replacement of the plates. The plate does not classify the balls along the mill axis. It is used as the internal lining of a drum mill with a diameter of 3.2 meters, in which the supplied lump material (raw materials for cement production) is crushed by the impact and crushing effect of cast-iron balls.
